MEET THE OWNER

RODDY MITCHELL

CEO & LEAD PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive and motorsports industry, Roddybrings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a passion for performance to everyvehicle that enters the shop. His background includes extensive factory training across a widerange of automotive brands, along with advanced dyno tuning and performance calibrationexperience.

Throughout his career, Roddy has worked with everything from daily drivers to high-performancestreet and track vehicles, specializing in diagnostics, performance upgrades, enginemanagement, and custom tuning. His commitment to precision, quality workmanship, andcontinuous education has earned the trust of enthusiasts and customers alike.

When he's not at the shop, Roddy enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and staying active in the automotive and racing communities. That combination of professional expertise and personal passion is what drives the commitment to excellence at RM Motor Werks.

CRAIG

Craig is RM’s Performance Service Advisor. Craig comes with extensive knowledge in the European car market and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

JOSH C.

I’m a Service Advisor at RM Motor Werks and a former Airborne Ranger. I’ve always had a passion for vehicles, especially slammed builds, and I enjoy helping customers bring their automotive goals to life. I’m proud to be part of a team that shares the same dedication to quality and performance.

PETE

Family is a big part of my life, and I love spending time with my twin boys whenever I can. On the weekends, you’ll usually find me relaxing at the lake and enjoying the outdoors. I’m proud to be part of the RM Motor Werks team and enjoy being around great people who share a passion for the automotive industry.

JOSH R.

I’ve been working on cars since I was 16, and after a five-year hiatus, I’m glad to be back doing what I enjoy as part of the RM Motor Werks team. I love getting my hands dirty and take pride in bringing vehicles to life. Whether it’s a car or a boat, detailing is something I’m truly passionate about.

COLTON

I’m originally from Minnesota and made my way through Colorado before settling in Tennessee to continue my career in the automotive industry. I’m a classic hot rod guy at heart, and when I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me adventuring with the wife and dog! 

MICHAEL

i live my life a quarter mile at a time. Nothing else matters for those 10 seconds or less, i’m free.  Down here in Knoxville tennessee blood makes you related but loyalty makes you family. Whether we’re dodging red lights on Kingston Pike  or dropping a 10 second car at the dragway. 

HOUSTON

I’m Houston, originally from Abilene, Texas. I’ve been around classic cars my whole life, and that passion led me into the automotive industry! I’m always working to improve my skills and learn more as a technician. I’m proud to be part of the RM Motor Werks team and continue growing as a technician. 

CONRAD

I’m Conrad, and I made my way here from Florida. I’ve always had a passion for Volkswagens and enjoy getting hands-on in the shop. I’m constantly looking to learn new things and sharpen my skills with every job.

THE STAFF THAT KEEPS US MOVING

Another part of RM Motorwerks that you don’t see very often is the incredible staff behind the phone calls, parts, social media, tuning, and everything else that keeps us moving. Alongside our technicians, we have three amazing people who help run RM Motorwerks — and without them, our family wouldn’t be complete. Pete Keely is our general manager and can fix anything — literally anything. Pete is the person we all turn to when we need help, whether it’s car-related or just life-related; he can handle it all. Over on the service side, we have Craig White, our service advisor who does a little bit of everything: tuning, parts, and even working on vehicles. Roddy Mitchell is the owner of RM, as well as our tuner and the man who created this amazing business over ten years ago in just a two-bay building. These three men, individually, have been working on cars longer than some of our employees have been alive, and the amount of knowledge and stories they bring to the table is something truly special.
